Delivery Policy

Once you've placed your order and received your payment, we'll email you your pre-order confirmation.

We work from Monday to Friday in Türkiye, excluding public holidays, between 09:00 and 18:00.

Türkiye will be the service for intra-company shipment, it will be determined by the shipment of the region.

For domestic orders, your cargo will be delivered within 5 business days.

Duygu Peker Tunçyürek Private Company is not responsible for any customs duties, processing fees, or other charges that may occur on international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be required to clear your order through customs, depending on the country of delivery. This means that the price shown on the checkout screen does not include any taxes or customs duties. Because these fees are determined directly by your local customs office, we cannot tell you the exact amount of taxes or customs fees your shipment will incur.

Return policy

The product being returned must be completely unused and undamaged. Products that are scratched, damaged, or physically altered in any way are strictly non-refundable. After the product is inspected by our experts, if deemed suitable for return, the return process will be initiated.

For returns, please email hello@universeoflavanta.com with your order number and reason for your return. Our experts will review the issue and contact you.

The packaging, invoice, certificate (if any) and promotions of the product to be returned must be sent along with the product.

The product to be returned must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" conditions in Article 9 and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" conditions in Article 15 of the Distance Selling Contract.

Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the consumer. The refund will be provided minus the shipping costs.

During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration, damage or similar loss of value incurred in the product or the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the Consumer making the return belongs to the Consumer making the return.

After the return is received, the product price will be refunded to the order credit card within 14 days, minus the shipping costs.
